CHECK THE PRODUCTS WHEN YOU RECEIVE THEM
You should check that the package is not damaged when you receive your goods. If you discover damage to the goods, please contact us at sm@mokahardware.com.
WARRANTY
mokahardware.com gives you 24 months of warranty on damaged goods. This means that you can either get the product repaired, exchanged, receive your money back, or get a discount, depending on the specific situation. It is conditional upon these terms that the complaint is justified and that the damage is not the result of misuse or other improper use of the product.
Complaints must be reported within a reasonable timeframe from when you discovered the damage to the product. The complaint is always considered within a reasonable timeframe when it is reported within 2 months of the damage being discovered.
When you want to report a complaint about a product, please contact us at sm@mokahardware.com.
Please include a description of the damage when you return the product. Remember to provide us with the purchase number.
Please contact mokahardware.com by email: sm@mokahardware.com before returning the products.
mokahardware.com will send you a confirmation by email when the product you complained about is returned. This confirmation will also describe the further steps in the process.
NOTE! We do not accept packages sent by COD or similar methods.
Remember, the product must always be returned in protective packaging.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
According to consumer law, you have 14 days to cancel when you shop at mokahardware.com. The right begins on the date you received your goods and is subject to the condition that you have not broken the sealed package, as this reduces the value of the goods.

If you regret your purchase, we will refund the purchase price to you by transferring it to your bank account. This will occur when mokahardware.com has received the goods and verified that they meet the rules for withdrawal. It is therefore important that you provide your bank details.
It is not a requirement, but the process will be expedited if the necessary information accompanies the package. Please attach a copy of the purchase confirmation, registration, and account number of the bank account to which the refund should be sent, as well as copies of any previous correspondence.
